My neighbor taught me to do proper lamb biryani. Lamb is always on sale finally know something other than roast it. We have it monthly sometimes more if we dont do beef or pork.
Its an underrated meat in America most are scared to try to cook it.

Oh i love venison its just stronger than most lamb, not everyone is into that.
I also only recently discovered Borscht and have made it several times in the last few months. Never gave a fuck about beets before this but in Borscht they are delicious. Make it in the slow cooker and add some cheap cuts of beef in there makes it even better.
