By that I mean 7am
Do you still sleep in much? If so how long can you sleep until since now that we are all senior citizens?

A normal day off I'm up around 8 or maybe 9. That's assuming I wasn't up late as hell the night before.

8 or 9 sounds about right. I'm typically up around 7 anyway.

i was up until 4 this morning and slept until 11
most days i'm up by 8
