do you reckon it is possible to kill a lawn with the blood of your victims, or would that only make it grow faster

We are in a 3 days blizzard getting 11-17 inches of snow thru Thursday.

That’s a negative.

no blizzards but still plenty of snow on the ground. I plan on killing what's left of my grass and planting pollinator "bee" lawn.

letting it go and never cutting it is the second-best solution

Only thing I care about is soil erosion if it thins out too much. Otherwise, really don’t give a fuck.

If you live in a grow region where it thrives and really want to piss your neighbors off - plant a Kalanchoe daigremontiana AKA Mother Of Thousands https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kalanchoe_daigremontiana
had a next door neighbor in florida who gifted us one when they moved away along with a bunch of other tropical plants - I disposed of this mother fucker as soon as I realized what it was capable of and still found it growing all over the fucking place for the next couple of years.

I would too if that's all it cost me. Last I checked the cheapest I could get was $150 and it was every 2 weeks.

that is fucked. i guess if you average the whole year out it would be every three weeks for me. but yeah labor is cheaper here obviously

trimming trees creates a multiplicity of wounds and suckers that grow from the points of weakness generated by the trimming and that grow to be much heavier than the original branches would have been

you are generating more work for the tree trimmers and guaranteeing a thinner bank account and also shortening the life of the trees :santa:

i don't ask him to do it, he just does it. he was doing it before we moved into the house and i assume he will continue doing it long after we are gone. unless he suffers a debilitating accident. dangerous work. touch wood

I have done some grass cuttery just now. After 2 weekends of sanding surfaces and doors and painting all of their shit and our wall in the hallway. Next week some color on the walls and then ready for next month's floor shenanigans.
