One of the kids begged for months to get little ceasars. Thankfully she hasn't made a peep about it since we finally caved.

naw it's really not that bad for the price. no it's not great but it's a pizza for 6 bucks and no wait it's hard to beat if you're hungry and broke. also they will give you little spice packets that make it way better

Local places have medium that feed 2 people for $10

Little Caesars does well in college towns because it’s two meals. If you are broke it can feed 3 folks and is worth it.

I can feed 4 people with that money but cook dinner myself, have it taste better and be healthier.

Still understandable if you have no stove or hot plate like in a dorm.

fast food is now even an expensive option. which maybe isn't a terrible thing, may inspire more people to cook at home

Dried beans and rice are keys to affordable cooking supplemented with canned goods as they go on sale (rare now)

Fresh produce is becoming increasingly unaffordable as is meat. Even managers specials are bad of course I only have Safeway and Trader Joes where i can walk to so thats where i do 95% of my shopping.Im sure its different elsewhere esp in the south.

Biggest choice i see is shop affordably or ethically rather its groceries, clothes, or anything.
