Actually it was not pho but tofu and veggies at the vietnamese restaurant

Pho will follow. I also had some korean food this year and sushi is everywhere now. More options recently for eating out
What is your favorite asian cuisine?

I read the title as 'pho keh' which is exaggerated savagespeak slang for vagina.
There is a Vietnamese restaurant near the workplace. I always order the pho with beef, tendon, and meatballs. I put in all the bean spouts and mint leaves in my pho.
Japanese is still my favorite Asian cuisine.

There is a sizable Thai / Laos population in the local vicinity so that has been my go-to lately. the local Buddhist temple serves up some amazing food for really reasonable prices ($5-$7 for appetizers, $10-$12 for entrees - I usually end up getting an assortment): Papaya salad, Boat Noodles, Shrimp and Pork Cakes, Thai meat bath Pork, Khao Poon, Pad Thai, etc. Only thing that sucks is that it is very much a seasonal operation since it's all set up in a parking lot so only in late spring / summer / early fall.

East and southeast Asian fare are my family’s fave in general.
Vietnamese is my current favorite, southeast asian in general due to freshness. Really love green papaya salads and the various soups. Love good tea any time too.
My brother loves udon soup and ramen but we have to go to the city for that. Of course you cant go wrong with sushi and miso soup, even our grocery store sushi is pretty good here. Miso soup is super easy to make we have it biweekly.
I like Indian food but most of the indian places are not fans if my service dog so I dont get it unless someone brings it to me now. Thats a problem with many smaller places they dont understand American laws and its not worth being a karen over it.

Beef tendon is the best in pho imo

Thai food is legit. Kind of a bummer thought because LA was way better for it than Dallas is.
