I don't get those but I'm having a lot of back pain issues lately and it looks like all those years of sitting in front of the computer is beginning to take its toll on me. I need to visit a chiropractor soon.

Anymore mine is typically from sleeping wrong. I got a new desk a few months ago for hobby shit. So that stopped me from hunching over when I was painting minis.

Generally not too unhealthy. Ive been skipping breakfast lately. At work a lot of lean luch meats (chicken/turkey) with cheese on wheat bread or wraps. Dinner is all over the place but usually too many carbs which I will curb this year
