I know this one is, invasion of the body snatchers
Creeped me out when I was a child and it still does
The 70s one is really good too, that cast
It has the same hard-on bearer from the 1956 version

I was referring to the one with Kurt Russel, which is a remake of The Thing From Another World that came out on '51.
