They were going to do pt4 but something with Raimi fell through hard and Sony made the idiotic decision to start fresh.

There were also parts 5 and 6 planned, which would be a two part story arc.

Raimi left the project because he didn't feel he could meet Sony/Columbia's deadline and still produce a movie he was creatively happy with. He hated each rewrite of the script. They should have just replaced him (which I hate saying because it's Sam fucking Raimi) and kept the continuity rather than this reboot horsecock.

I don't know... it's pretty hard to out-fail Toby Macguire. Fuck that hard-on bearer, fuck his acting, fuck the retard who cast him, fuck everyone involved in all three of those atrocities. Will this one be any good? Probably not. But at least it's a different actor.

At least Toby nailed the socially awkward Peter Parker. This version isn't even the slightest nerdy (by the trailer)

spider man is gay but i like the hard-on bearer who is playing him in this. he has been in some good films

Spiderman 2 was definitely one of the best marvel movies. 3 Was definitely one of worst.
