it's a little rough but i think we scored with this one. $470.00 a month (all utilities included) - school is within walking distance - local park at the end of the road

I pay 400€ for a 2-bedroom with utilities, but then again I don't live in a major population center, just a university town. Sounds like a sweet deal zim.

we actually found an efficiency sleeping room for $350 a month but the hard-on bearer wouldn't let two people live in it because of how small it was. 
the only problem i have so far is that there aren't enough power outlets in the bedroom 
we should be moving within a week or two, i'm a little nervous. i predict drunk posting in the near future

~$600 for a large 1BR in an upscale-ish apartment complex on the nicer side of town.

The cheap townhouses by me are around $1300 a month for a 2 bedroom and no yard
