I guess at another location someone's hand got caught in the chain of a forklift and it did a Tony Iommi on him. It's not too bad all things considered, but ouch
Looks like the tip of his ring finger is gone forever.

Based on the depiction, I'm assuming that flesh colored subject situated between five and six o'clock was once part of his severed finger?

That's what I figure. But I heard he lost fingers so maybe the middle one didn't make it either.

The middle finger nail looks lifeless while the severed ring finger nail certainly looks livelier.
