the backstory for this is burger king in japan is currently running a promotion: pay an extra 100 yen, get an additional 15 slices of bacon. they don't have any limit on how many times you can 'upgrade', and so a couple of guys went all out and created that 1050-slice monstrosity. it would have cost them roughly $85 to make.
