i call bullshit on a whole bunch of these being taken by the google van. somebody's just editing the navigator icon onto vacation pictures.

I remember seeing this on here before

Yeah some of those I found myself wondering how a google van got there. I just assumed it was some goofy easter egg google stuck in there or something.

like somebody at google sneaked a single frame of something random into a series of shots out in the middle of nowhere? that could very well be true, in which case the article should be named "google street view easter eggs"

I like the car stuck in the ground photo, but yeah, I call bullshit on most of these.

I remember seeing, when street-view first came about, a link to a couple shagging or making out in a car etc... or park or something...



Also, who remembers the wtf ones on Google satelite?

like the floating cars and other crop circle type pics?
