Never watched that show. Whales, on the other hand would be a good addition to CSI Miami.

CSI Miami is too fucking yellow.
If you're flicking through channels you can instantly recognise it, even if there are none of the main characters in the shot.
That's what I remember anyway. I don't really watch much television.

i've watched a few csi shows, they're all the same really.
someone dies in a bizarre way and they do a bunch of investigating and find the killer or not

Pretty much. The original draw to the show was forensic science, but Miami has all but abandoned that for hyperdrama, chebs and slick sunglasses.

I did a course in Forensics once. I'm still surprised that identical twins don't have the same fingerprints.

The original even manages to get the science wrong. Infinite enhancement of digital photography, deus ex machina mass spectrometers, instant toxicology reports. I can watch no longer.
