Your question is erroneous.

I will replace it with this one:

Does anyone think that the three prequels get WAY too much of a hard time?

Ive watched all three recently and have to say i think theyre all amazing.

I watched A new hope on saturday :xx:

At first, I gave episode 2 and 3 a hard time, it didn't feel right to me.

But after watching all the prequels again, I changed my mind. They're actually really good.

I'm not a big fan of the CG apparel worn by some of the characters, i mean come on - physically make something FFS.

I came across it a few days ago. Nice.

The prequals never did for me what the original trilogy did.

Empire FTW.

I like 2 and 3 - the only problem is Manakin Skywalker, terrible acting.

And some sections are gay, but overall good flicks.

1 has JaJa so that just needs to be forgotten.

Remember that post for Ep 1 problems in 90 mins?

Long doco, but some funny problems with Ep 1

This. Jar Jar aside, the prequels were awesome as fuck. I agree with zimberly that 3 is especially cool. Really, though, I very much prefer the Clone Wars animated Anakin to the Hayden Christiansen version. He's not a bad actor, (Shattered Glass :xx: ) but he was noooooo good at Anakin. Ewan MacGregor, on the other hand, was a superb Obi Wan.

redlettermedia's extended video reviews do a pretty awesome job of fleshing out exactly why the prequels were so bad. well, the first two anyway, i don't think they ever did one for episode 3.

I think the phantom menace is my favourite prequel. That or revenge of the sith.

Have you heard of red letter media? It does some hilarious extended reviews of the prequels.

Obviously never saw the original theatrical run of 4/5/6 but I was fortunate enough to see the CGI rereleases in the gloryhole era . The additions were pretty dumb but it was a small price to pay

My first trip to the cinema was to see Back to the Future with my dad. Pretty sure that was his last cinema visit too.
