I just listened to my first podcast, I don't know why I've always ignored them. I think I have a reason to start carrying an mp3 player when I leave the house now.

There's over one hundered episodes covering a fairly good selection of bands. The guys who do it ran a zine back in the era of the gloryhole so they have quite a few cool stories about bands they've seen / hung out with etc.
