I never thought that watches would become a hobby, but I'm deep into mechanicals and automatics now.

i spent like 150-200 on a watch a few years ago and then realized i liked my cheap 15 casio more so i decided watches as a hobby weren't for me. i really like them though, especially the bauhaus style

i had to start wearing a watch when i got my first job to make sure i took all my breaks and lunch on time because they didn't tolerate the time violations stuck after that until covid where i hardly left the house for two years and had no reason to remember what time it was
