MABB v6.6.6

One of my friends recently bought a Morbid Angel box on ebay I hadn't seen before. It contains the 3 first albums plus a patch and a concert ticket from 95. I think the ticket was placed there by the seller though. Anyone who has info on this one?



Ps. the box is black with a brass colored MA logo embrossed on the front and the 3 album titles on the back.

If you can post a pic of it, I would be interested in seeing something like that.

Oooooooh. I am trying very hard to convince a buddy to sell me his (BATS boxed set) It has been signed and in fantastic condition.

I promised him it would never be sold again and be given a great home, with full buy-back rights.

Definitely interested in seeing it now

I have it; it's smaller since it fits 3 cd's instead of 7"'s

It was released after Blessed are the sick. They released AoD to stop the bootlegging. The box came with the CD and patch. A and B were not included. Neither was the ticked. At the time they had a contract for two albums with AoD they gave earache a thirth. The box is the first trinity of albums.

After that they renegotiated and signed to Earache for Europe and Giant in the US.

Så AoD was the only CD in the box even though Blessed and Altars are mentioned on the back as well?

Correct. As it was released after those, you could box your(at the time) complete collection.
