A hard-on bearer I know a little was at this gig, it turns out. He says he has a bad memory for set lists, but said two new ones, God of Emptiness, Chapel of Ghouls, Immortal Rites, and nothing from the Tucker albums. I wonder if after Illud drops, they'll play a shit ton form the album. Would rule if they play I Was Morbid but they can't get the crowd to participate at all.

Man...Evil D looks as excited as he did during soundcheck. I think Destructos used his laser vision to eliminate their stage presence. Guess it's hard to headbang with that Nikki Sixx wig on.

I agree, I mean the dudes can still play. And I'm always in favor of hearing Trey re-interpret his old solos. I was in the camp of "I don't need to see them live again" but even a shitty cell phone vid kind of rekindled my excitement. I think I'd check them out again as long as they don't start playing 50% Illud songs. The stage presence is disappointing, but Evil D was pretty boring even when I saw them for the first few reunion tours and they still crushed.

I don't know if it is true, but i get the feeling David has some back problems too. When we played with them, he had that familiair back-ache walk. Like very conciously putting his feet down. I know what that feels like and my dad has the same walk.



Might be rubbish but it would explain him being somewhat more static on stage.

Dave handled that strap issue really well but I am not impressed with the roadie. It seems like it took him way too long to get out there in the first place.

That picture on the back of the Picture Disc in the vid, is for me the most awesome promo shot they did.

If anyone has a bigger version of it, it would be very cool to post it here.
