Sorry, I just have to state this idea:



The whole album sould've been the dance album. No death metal parts (or on japanese edition only, of course, they love weird stuff).

The next step would be the great world tour with David Bowie, nicknamed "David & David". That would be pretty much radicult and instant launch into "the League" of celebrities.

I actually had 'Destructos...' going through my head in work all day yesterday. That Song is still hard to swallow - not actually bad per se, but so anachronistic coming from Morbid Angel at all that it's a real speedbump for the brain - but I suspect this album is actually growing on me. It may be more of an 'Into The Pandemonium' than a 'Cold Lake'...

I'm hooked on Too Extreme. The music is fun, and for a moment I forget this band has anything to do with Gateways for Annihilation. It's two very different worlds now and they start to form like that in my head.

This is what I am taking away from this entire album - It is FUN! I like how it flows, I enjoy all the songs, and it is SO DAMN DIFFERENT

I can on one hand appreciate and fully understand the disappointment while at the same time I feel I have been brought into a slightly more intimate mind-space with Trey and Company then has happened before. I did not think I would like it much less enjoy it, but I do.

It's great that, even on MABB, we can see some good old enthusiasm and some simple fun regarding Illud Divinum Insanus!!!

I appreciate this, I do Gmanjar, but you gotta understand, we are some thick -skinned arses up in here and have some really deep deep feelings about this record. This is the best place for person to "slam" it so to speak. I would much rather my brothers come in here and GO OFF then say, go into work all pissed and punch their boss or some shit.



I know getting to know the guys (and gals) can be tricky, but I can say everyone really does respect Morbid Angel a HELLUVA lot on here. I have not met anyone yet who doesn't. Shut up Gleeso!

The MABB is the best place for a full out assault on the album. No other place I would want to see this because here members will articulate and explain WHY they don't like it and not just throw shit for shit throwing sake. But when somebody does show actual disrespect, throwing names around, using red herrings and straw man arguments, ad hominen attacks, or just tries to stir shit up, man there is a gonna be a hella lot of blow-back. That is just how it is.
