And it is fucking broken. Straight in a 1mm thick cardboard box and one layer of bubble wrap. Jesus christ, what a morons. Every fucking panel is loose candle holder snapped off and the doors are broken of their hinges. There was no padding inside to keep things in place and none on the outside while the lid is larger on all sides than the box itself.

The leatherbound CD package looks cool though. the incense burner looks a bit disapointing though.

Fucking hell they did not even give me the option of giving this fucker a viking funeral myself.

When you described how it was packed, I was shocked. I used to pack all manner of things for a living. It should have been in 100lb crush test corrugated cardboard with bubble wrap not only around it but stuffed inside all cavities (that'swhatshesaid). Then, there should have been at least an inch of packing peanuts around the bubble wrap. Nothing inside should be able to move at all. A proper packing job will have a fragile vase surviving an Ace Ventura opening scene.



All packages should be able to drop 6 feet then have a 200lb package land on it.

It would be hysterical if somebody made a spoof remake of that video about the tryptich that's on the MA facebook page. All serious and monumental just like the video but show it in different angles in pieces and dilapidated

I think its pretty amazing how unproffesional this is. You'd think that when they're charging so much for it they could at least afford some proper packaging.

Unprofessional seems to be what SoM does best.

They seem to resend a new empty box to everyone who received it broken (probably EVERYONE). Hopefully they do some proper packaging this time around.
