I ordered it through the SoM website. They process the payment and push the order through to a US office. The return address on the remains was Philly. The post office said it was mislabeled or something by the shipper so it was sorted into a letter machine. Somewhere a long the way, the machine fucking destroyed it. There were pieces of rubber belt embedded in the bubble wrap padding -- my fellating lover at the post office says that means it did a number on the machine as well. This puts the compensation responsibility on the shipper (SoM). I emailed Baptiste, so, we'll see how it goes. I told him I just want a refund; not a replacement. The whole process of getting this has been too frustrating; I'll buy it in the store.

It's pretty amazing how irresponsible USPS is with some of their shit, and from what I've seen of the mail they outsource I can't believe a lot more of it isn't lost or destroyed.

This topic is not about damadged Illud BOX, but letter/envelope. I was just happy that I got my Illud (cd+t-shirt) order in excellent condition and wanted to put some faith back to those who are still waiting for their orders.
