Great idea!!!! That beginning is awesome: I don't know how that sound is made. I want it too as a ringtone.

That reversed intro to Immortal Rites is mine in this period.

I think I used to play it as a pick-rake. Just rake the pick across the high strings, I forget if you fret some harmonic node point or if you actually barre across some frets. But I believe it's raking across the high strings, high to low.

Also scrape with the side of the pick. I used to do something like that.

this is how it's done. i think it sounds best when pressing pretty hard while pulling your pick across the strings. also, you don't have to hold harmonics with your right hand, just mute the strings.

Nothing is not is my ringtone tone and its about 1 year i havent changed it, the intro is so fuckin intense

myself, since its very simple as you just need to opt a track for ringtone.

Its just the normal track in my phone memory/memory card which I selected for ringtone.

I think he means he just had the track on his phone as an MP3 and told his phone to use it as a ringtone.

Rip the track, cut it in an audio edit prog, then convert to mp3 then put it on the phone. I don't have time for all this :/

When you convert mp3 to .wav to edit the track you loose quality. It's better to use the original source.

getting it from internet is very expensive (customs/taxes makes it way expensive).

I've got the In the flesh cd from SOM and i had to pay 800 rs for it, here people live on that amount per week.

Yes, He is probably earning and wasting all the money on alcohol. I wish if I was earning, I am just in high school and my dad isnt even getting me a guitar
