Perhaps some people buy it because a MA album used to be a must buy for DM fans; you couldn't really go wrong there. Personally, after more than 20 years this one will pass the Godsdefeat house (always wanted to do a Seinfeld Jimmy quote)

Think how much better it would have done is SoM had a clue about getting the product into consumers hands.

I wondered that same thing. The numbers seem good but I defer to board expertise to break them down.

"New Artist" is correct term since Illud is debut album of Radid angekvlt. So we should better not discuss about the album on "The Chapel" .

the heatseekers chart is for any artist/group that hasn't cracked the top 100 in the billboard 200. so a band's age has nothing to do with it, just their historical charting performance.

So is it just me or is this album actually doing better than expected?

Maybe it's doing better in selling but there is alot of people buying it because "it's the new MA", and they don't know what to expect.

Given how shit it is and the attitude of the average listener I'm surprised it hasn't sold more.
