I was at the Flemming Rasmussen Q&A before the recent Covenant anniversary show here in Copenhagen. I didn't really know what to expect, but it turned out to be a great experience. He shared a lot of photos from the recording sessions and really seemed to have a good time answering the questions. It was just awesome to listen to him going through the recording from a technical and artistic point of view, but the highlight of the evening came when he made it public that he had been contacted by Morbid Angel's management, who asked him if he'd be up for doing another record with them, to which he had answered "yes!". Flemming is one of the few guys who stuck to his guns and still work mostly with hardware, so I can't wait to see where they're going to take it!
 
Besides doing Covenant Flemming is also famous for his work on the early Metallica and Mercyful Fate records (and many many others).
