the best clone imo is Drowning. i've got their albums and whenever i listen, at some moments the MA bulb blinks

Mithras has a lot of MA influence me thinks but definitely not a clone.

fellas, I'd have to respectfully disagree that these bands are not MA'ish. The approaches are just not there. I'd say Angel Death perhaps sounds like old abomination era MA. And they did have some vibe going on.

Anyway, that'll be all.

I don't think the thread really meant exact MA clones, but bands that just sound similar.

Actually, I think that's how I discovered it -- someone mentioning its similarity. I cannot recall if it was 2.0 or 3.0, but I sard search.

on some forum i came across someone said "every band should do a song in the vein of where the slime live" or something like that and posted that song i think.

Theres Disciples of Moloch from cardiff i dont know if they do much though as the three members are post grad students at uni. They add roman and greek theology to their lyrical subject matter.
