I miss the days of their being a shroud of mystique around musicians. If you knew anything about them it was gathered from interviews or very brief in person interactions. Social media is a curse upon us all.

At least bands like Blut Aus Nord and DsO remain mostly shrouded in mystery. But yeah, having access to everything people do does ruin things. I don't care what the guitarist of some band had for dinner, i just want to hear jams.

he's always been online but kind of privately. he seems to like uploading random videos to his youtube channel. he was also active on myspace back in the day, he left some comments on my profile once that made me feel awesome
