Very much this. I think the band were at their musical peak live with Erik on board, he was damn good in the studio too.

Steve just put out that new Malefic Throne stuff with the Angelcorpse and Origin guys and it's really damn good.

I recently learned that Vadimvon moved to my town for his girlfriend and hangs out with some friends of mine in bands. I suppose I'll try to have a conversation with him at some point.
