When I ordered Atheist - Jupiter directly through them I don't remember the inflated CD or S&H price.

The Nevermore 7" pre-order had free shipping and said it ships from the US.

They have a US office. So it is shipping in the US. That's free.

Everywhere else is shipped from france.

They do have a delux version for $200, comes in a wood box, candles, CD/vinyl, bunch of other nonsense



Anyways, pre ordered it as wans't aware S&H would be free, $20 total for the Limited Edition I can live with that price

Of every release i have multiple versions.

So well see how the rest of the packagings and contents are.

Usually MA does not record extra tracks. Like some bands do for a Japanese version or somthing like that.
