Personally, I would do away with the logo entirely. I suggest you reblend your background over it.

I think you've done a tremendous job on painting the head and the hair, but the logo needs to be perfect or not done at all; I see no midway in this.



If you still want the logo on it; don't paint it out of hand, but use a projection of it on the canvas or something.



Just my 2 cents

even if the logo was perfect, it brings inbalance in the picture. It does not need it. The art is good enough as it is

If you look at the background in the original, it is a bit darker on the left than the right.

If you could add a little shading like that, the whole thing would be more balanced.



The addition of the lgo makes it a little immature. While your technique is not. If you really are passionate about painting, do some research in the field of composition. Even if your technique is perfect, a bad composition ruins it. If you get that down your stuff will jump off the canvas! Go to museums, look at art books etc. There is so much beautiful stuff out there which can inspire immensely.
