I'm about a week away from ceasing chasing labels and organising a self-release. So yes, I want this out by end of summer at the latest.



Can I just make mention of Leon's drumming? Honestly, the shit he does on this album is literally like the sound of every breakdowning, broots toots from the poops chutes, bree-bree-breeing extreme band getting gatling-gunned into so much tuneless jelly. This track is just a taste. He goes faster.

well obviously this is me being wildly speculative since i have only heard limited bits of either one, but if you held a gun to my head and told me i'm allowed to buy either the new morbid angel, or the new senseless, i'd probably go with the latter. seems like a safer bet to me.

The fastest song on the record is 355bpm, this sample one is a measly 275bpm! But Sam came up with one potential song so utterly ridiculous I just couldn't play it, it was 380bpm or something maybe next time lol.



It's worth saying that the finished album is pretty varied; the vocals range from sang (similar to this track) to extremely fruital and everything in between, there's a fair few different vibes and moods (from uber-serious to quite tongue in cheek) and the drumming ranges between mental crazy to chilled out desert rock stuff almost. The title song is my fave though, and it's the slowest so speed isn't everything..

Those kick drums...
