Yes exactly. It's really cool how Shawn Lane most of the time played pretty slow and emotional while he had the talent to shred all over your face anytime he wants.

Guthrie is probably as close of a successor to Shawn Lane as we're going to get. His phrasing is uncanny, and he's got a shitload of clean speed to back it up...which is extremely rare.
