does anyone got a good picture of Erik Rutans ENGL Powerball?? i have one also and i love his tone. if anyone have a picture or an article or knows anything that might help please post!!!!!

he currently uses ENGL Powerball and MARSHALL JCM 800 and blends them. anyone gotta picture of his powerball??

He told me a few weeks ago he uses a Maxon tubescreamer pedal in front of the amps to tighten them up.

On the euro tour he used an JCM 2000 DSL100.

Interesting, I heard the Engls are a very picky amp to boost... Can't say I ever tried when I had a Fireball and my preamp is dead

I love my powerball but the V1 light turns on sometime and i understand the problem but does that mean i have to take it i or can i do it myself. theres not much on the internet about it.

If thats a tube failure warning then just replace them yourself. Check what type of preamp and poweramp tubes it takes, then have a look at some descriptions of tubes and decide. JJ/Tesla's always worked for me.
