was hoping for a new queens this year, but not having heard a word about it so far leads me to believe this will be a 2012 release if it happens at all

totally forgot about queens supposedly they have been in the studio for the past month or so and after the few august shows they have lined up they'll go back in and finish it off. which means either very late this year or pretty early next year. and jorsh has said "we're just taking our time with it" + variations thereof so often in interviews since the self-titled reissue that i'm thinking prolly next winter



i'll keep an eye out for that opeth. havent listened to them in for-ev-er

Same here. Only band I know that's releasing a new album that I give a shit about is Triarii. I'm watching that shit like a hawk because he has a habit of only releasing a few thousand copies.
