Well it's a million times better than Transgression, but that's all I can think that is good about it. It doesn't sound cold and mechanical in the slightest like they had bigged it up to be, if anything it's their most human album, guitar solo and shit has no place in a Fear Factory album. Also, a hell of alot of it sounds like rehash Demanu material.



I don't hate it as such, just cannot accept that anybody would think it to be an awesome, classic or even anything over a safe 6/10 album.

For me, mechanize is up there with demanufacture and obsolete. Its heavy as fuck, has plenty of melody and sounds inspired in most places and has gene fucking hoglan on drums.



Christsploitation is one of the best ff songs.

I like Demanufacture and Soul of a New Machine, but Mechanize sounds too boring for me.
