as far as post-rock is concerned, just get the first mogwai album and the godspeed you! black emperor discography. there's other fun stuff out there sure, but those are the absolute essentials.

the first mogwai album is really important too though. it's easily one of my favorite albums of the 90's, which i think you'll all agree is a pretty tremendous endorsement coming from me



the rest of their discography is pretty good as well. i even liked the newest one!
