"Best album" I'd presume sometimes refers to the general consensus for their best album.



But mostly it refers to the individuals opinion.



So for example, Strapping young lad; My best album by them is Alien. But their actual best album and correct anwser is City.

i was thinking more like songs for the deaf is clearly and easily queens of the stone age's best album, even though i prefer rated r for nostalgic reasons and because it is much more concise
