They never seem to over do it. Just give whats necessary and leave it at that. Which inevitably has me reaching for the replay button again and again.

Septic Flesh has been great for years and years 
They indeed don't overdo it; which is the failtrap with orchestrated metal. Very artistic band

I would consider Sumerian Daemons their peak, followed by Communion
some people like to
all over Communion for some reason. it was actually the first album I heard by them, but I think Sumerian Daemons is better.
their older stuff is worth checking out too although it's a bit different.
