When this first came out I so disappointed with this album and with how unmemorable it seemed. It was always my least favorite. I just busted it out again last night after not listening to it for, christ, maybe 3 or 4 years and it's kicking my ass in. Reminds me of a much more simple time.



What do you think of this after 11 years?

oohh man, this album holds many memories for me, a more simple time indeed. me and my best fellating lover skipped school the day it came out to buy it, not hearing a single song it was so exciting to get this album in my hands and we listened to it all day while getting high. it was one of those cds that was played at the hollow/holler parties we had back in the day too. fitting because there was always a bonfire like on the cover. its not the deepest in terms of lyrical content and not the best music vinne and dime composed, but the songs are fun, and it makes me fucking want to headbang like its 198fucking5 everytime i hear it, still

I used to not like 'em but across the years I started to appreciate some stuff they did. I don't consider myself a real fan but anyway they did some cool songs.

goddamn electric is my favorite, also it makes them dissapear and i'll cast a shadow are some heavy masturbated crackers

i have never been able to get into this album; it is lacking in criticality for me. but i will not poop on the parade of the thread so instead i will say that goddamn electric is serious fucking winnage, hellbound and revolution is my name are nice and i'll cast a shadow is a big win especially the outro jam which is one of pantera's peak moments as far as i'm concerned
