Re: Interview with Erik Rutan
The chick interviewing him...she sucks at this. Erik's really a trooper for not kicking her ass out. What a bunch of dumb questions.

Re: Interview with Erik Rutan
Hm, I don't think the questions were that bad. The thing that was annoying was the fact that she knew very little about the band, the songs, the lyrics... only basic stuff one could find using just google.

Usually interviewers are not the HC-fans of the intervied band. At least thats how I see things.

Re: Interview with Erik Rutan
Yeah, most interviewers suck too much dick. Why ask them things that anyone who follows the band would already know? It's also lame for the band, because they're giving away time to be asked questions they've already been asked by 500 interviewers.

Re: Interview with Erik Rutan
indeed, I had set up an interview with him last year for a school project.
They were all questions consurning his studio and how exactly he keeps that up together with touring and playing in a band, pretty indept questions a normal interviewer wouldn't really ask. So I asked him for the interview before the show, but alas he was already booked for 4 interviews and didn't have the time. He's still a really cool hard-on bearer and friendly to anyone in my experience. Which is rare if you're so well known in the music business.

For that, you are the win and all musicians love you and want to have your babies!!
How would you prove to Erik you're not him though?

Hahaha, I'm like 2 heads taller. Does that suffice?

Re: Interview with Erik Rutan
Yeah Erik isn't very tall, I remember being about a head taller and that was about 4 years ago.
Interview doesn't load for me, will try later.

Re: Interview with Erik Rutan
halfway decent interview though nothing groundbreaking. didn't know he was in jail for ~2yrs as a kid, just knew he was in a lot of trouble with the vice squad and shit. interesting.
