That was extremely interesting. However, the approximate figure provided in the video was 64 million, not 640 million.

the prices will go down or the government will step in. I don't think the chinese are stupid enough to let all this just go to waste.

I don't think they are either. This can only go on so long before the government simply must see an income from these properties.
