Here's a pretty good example: "Hypertrophy Genitals sexy leopard elevator" (Hidai Kasei Utsuwa Shojo) was released in Japan this past Saturday and stars 21-year-old adult video actress Tsubomi as a young sexy leopard elevator who suddenly starts growing a giant dong.
