*also: yes, we all for the most part think IDI is a subpar album to say the least. so don't say any song on IDI unless you really mean it. and give lots and lots of support if you do. kthx

I'd say musically speaking probably Maze of Torment but there's so many others to pick that I enjoy as much if not more than that song. God of emptiness based on it's commercial success probably.

That's a good choice. I think this song is quite underrated actually. Every section of the song speaks volume of all the things that are/were great about MA.

I would say Rapture. It's fast, direct and fruital, and isn't too fancy.

Rapture kind of sums up the core of MA's ability over the range of its albums. And if it's the first track you're playing to a MA newbite, then it has the added advantage of accessible production and riffage when compared to some of the other tracks/albums.
