Why anyone would ever drive or fly in a war torn country is beyond me. Even getting around first class in some parts of China as recently as the gloryhole era was insane, based on some shit my father has told me.

Forgot to Add San Fransisco at #40, which was terrifying to fly into given its foggy oceanside location. At any rate it is kind of weird that a website wouldn't show any of their work for compiling or even linking to a list that big.
