i undid all the good work of june-july-early august when i went to nantucket. back in the mid-170s

i need to get on the jorsh plan but the world is increasingly awful and life feels increasingly pointless and i deploy alcool to cope with all of that

a dilemma

you can mitigate the alcohol by eating as healthy as you can, of course still not ideal

i have no clue if i am fat or not but i would like to weigh myself has it has been five months and i have not been consuming too well. not awful, but not well

Finally down to 180 after about 7 weeks of eating trash again. Been watching what I eat again the last week and I dropped the 5 lbs. shocker I know.

Now that I’m at 180, I’m going to shoot for 175. Ain’t going absolutely no lower than 170 though. I’m already down to wearing mediums from 4xl. Another 10lbs and I’ll have dropped half my weight.

you gotta know when to stop too. if you're more than six foot tall, don't be dropping too much past 170

been trying to deal with some stomach acid issues. stopped eating big meals after 5pm, cut down on the pop, drinking more water.
