i enjoy cooking but my stovetop has one functioning burner so i don't really do anything fancy pretty much ever

What are you trying to do ninny?
I made garlic confit in the smoker last weekend. Took some of that and the oil with some herbs and threw it on a spatchcocked chicken. Tossed the fucker in the oven, simple and tasty as all what.
You can just as easily make the garlic in your oven. I just opted for the smoker since it was already in use

I cook and bake. Been on a Japanese inspired kick since my brother loves miso, udon, ramen, and curry.

i made a basic chicken salad for lunch, it was not bad. red and green lettuce, carrot, mixed italian herbs, olives, mozzarella cubes, shredded juicy boiled chicken, garlic oil and balsamic vinegar, tossed
