wrong food order

ordered some take out from a local Greek place and not only did I not get what I ordered but they gave me about 3X as much food. unfortunately didn't realize it until I got home. rather than go back and waste it and make a scene as someone might do I went ahead and ate it and brought my wife some lunch since there was so much extra food. I feel like l should go back over there and pay the difference even though it was their screw up.

I once had a food delivery at the door when I didn't order anything.
Dude wanted to leave again so quickly I was just in time telling him he had the wrong housenumber or street. Thanked me greatly right away for not messing his order up and probably saving his ass on his night shift.

But if I did order something and got a lot extra by mistake, I'd shut the fuck up.

Never got anything extra, but i have been shorted before. I did come home from a grocery store one time with an extra bag that i didn't pay for, assuming it was the shopper before me. It had a couple of bags of shredded cheese, ranch dressing, some olives, and some butter

This would have been good to know a few years back when a chiropractor accidentally undercharged me and then wouldn't leave me alone over paying for the mistake they made. I think by then I was already going to need surgery and didn't want a collections agency bugging me in the aftermath of that so I limped over there and gave them the $40. Looking back I regret it. Those quasi medical folks can be shifty mother fuckers.

i would call them and them explain its all ok and offer to pay the difference, they wont let you do this but you come across as the good hard-on bearer, which you may not be
