change
Do you think that change is overrated? Do you think change must occur on a regular basis for everything? Or is it just the society that we live in that worships change and tries to force it into our lives even if we don't need it.

Re: change
What type of change? This is such a vague subject its hard to answer.
In general i have agoraphobia fear of the places/situations/change (it is nit fear of leaving the home that is ridiculous) so new places or changes are extremely difficult hence a service dog.

Re: change
For thousands of years humans have adapted to change very slowly - but progress was still made nonetheless. Think about how much has changed in the past 200 years vs the rest of ancient history and understand that there has been massive change - hell even the last few decades. Change isn’t a bad thing especially when it leads to positive progress, some people just have a hard time adapting to what would be sudden changes.

Re: change
i feel like if you're happy and comfortable with your life then there's no need to change things. some things should definitely change often like politics but i don't think we really need that much change in our personal lives unless you''re unhappy with something. though i do think it's important to not sink into a negative lifestyle and convince yourself that you don't need change.

Re: change
A lack of change might be why we feel time is moving faster as we age. No new experiences to fill our brain with.
