Does weird nerve shit and what they suspect is plantar fasciitis count? Its inflammation just different part.

Nerve shit is the worst they don't know what to do with/for it. Mine is just one foot pretty mild I really feel for those with significant neuropathies seems hellish like any chronic pain.

i think i'm getting early arthritis in my fingers, pretty depressing considering i need to type for a living and my favorite hobby is playing guitar :homework:

I was given a cortisone shot

Never had one dunno if it will work but i know its common for pain, lasts about two months if affective, and low risk. Can tell you cortisone flare up is real but already gone down 20 hours in.

Yeah cortisone shots were brought up but I've since bought new shoes and inserts and I am pretty much healing on my own. Lucky me for once

i am going to start running again after christmas when i get a pair of runners, it will be good to finally be active again
