It's an APV. Most of the popular car brands in this region have a corresponding model in their lineups. They're quite popular here in Southeast Asia which is also where they are manufactured as most of the Toyotas, Mitsubishis, Hondas, Nissans, Mazdas, Suzukis, etc. you see on the roads here are usually made in Thailand or Indonesia.
Heck, if you buy a brand-new Mercedes E-class here from the official dealerships, it's a good chance that it was assembled in either China or Vietnam.
