Re: Almost week 3 of this damn cough
My wife was sick for like 6 weeks straight with a bad cough, lots of phlegm, fatigue, etc. she couldn’t shake it for weeks, all we know for sure was that it wasn’t covid. Eventually ended up getting some meds to treat it and it slowly cleared up. Somehow I managed to not catch it. Whatever it was it was going around, seemed like lots of people had or knew someone with the same symptoms.

Re: Almost week 3 of this damn cough
I had this but I also had low grade fever. At the six week mark i went to a different doctor, turns out i had a mucus plug that i couldnt cough up. They gave me an albuterol inhaler and finally cleared it and almost instantly was better.Mesarthim wrote: ↑28 Jan 2024, 11:28My wife was sick for like 6 weeks straight with a bad cough, lots of phlegm, fatigue, etc. she couldn’t shake it for weeks, all we know for sure was that it wasn’t covid. It'll be fine as long as you don't have a lumpy head.

I watched a nature documentary on Koalas a while back and I’m not unconvinced that they might in fact be the dumbest animal still alive today. When and if they go extinct, it will largely have been their own undoing rather than anything caused by mankind. Which is kind of amazing.

Re: Almost week 3 of this damn cough
They'll starve if the leaves that provide little to no nutritional value aren't on a fucking branch. That's how stupid this useless clump of fur is. It can't recognize its food source because it's not where it's supposed to be. So instead of using the most basic of problem solving skills, and just looking the fuck around! They simple starve and die instead like absolute morons.
I'd rather live the rest of my life as a dung beetle rolling around in shit all day than spend it being a smooth brained koala.

Re: Almost week 3 of this damn cough
if you lived in australia you would have a different perspective
many a time have i had a restless sleep because of rutting koalas making a racket outside
also the first time you witness a koala rape, you will never forget it. the males chase the females out onto the edge of thin branches, which obviously, is like walking the plank. the lady koalas literally stare petrified at their rapist at one end of the branch, and certain death at the other. rape ensues, usually after four hours of trying to avoid it and many false starts

Are you trying to convince me that they shouldn't exist? I'm already on that team.
